15,000 people with limited local competition, one independent and Wal
Mart. 2006 report sales of $1.98MM, stable sales rate at this moment,
will report $2MM in 2007. 80% Rx, 20% OTC, full store margins of 24%++.

nites, Sundays or holidays. 55 hours per week. It occupies a 6,000 sq.
ft. space including 1,500 sq. ft. of storage space. The building the
store occupies is included in the purchase price. The store is
staffed with 1 FT pharmacist (current owner), 1 PT pharmacist, 1 FT
tech, 2 FT clerks. All personnel are experienced and knowledgeable about
the customers and the local market. There is financing available for a
creditworthy and qualified buyer with a reasonable equity contribution.
This is an opportunity for a young pharmacist, first-time buyer, to buy
into a growth situation in a pleasant small town marketplace. This store
can provide a reasonable living for a new owner while paying down debt,
will continue to grow with the right person in charge. The large
front end adds to gross margins and needs to be managed well. There are
no doubt specialty opportunities in this market (such as compounding)
that can provide significant additional sales and profits.
